Chinese Coleslaw

Toast at 325 degrees:
  3/4 cup slivered almonds
  1/4 cup sesame seeds

Mix in jar and shake:
  1/4 cup sugar
  6 TB rice vinegar
  6 TB vegetable oil
  1 TB sesame oil
  1/2 tsp pepper
  Seasoning packet from 2 envelopes of oriental flavor
      ramen noodles

In large bowl mix
  2 8-oz packages slaw cabbage
  6 chopped scallions

Pour dressing over cabbage

Before serving add almonds, sesame seeds, and crumbled raw ramen noodles.
