Ant I can handle...

Once it's stable (and ours is), Ant is fine. We have a one-command build, including the distributable. (Installers be damned!)

Perforce OTOH... I've been looking longingly at Bill de Hora's recent postings about using git/mercurial on top of p4, and I'm just about annoyed enough to try.
